By accessing and using AceCCL's NAATI CCL practice platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Platform Purpose

AceCCL provides an online practice platform for NAATI CCL exam preparation, including practice dialogues, vocabulary learning, and mock tests.

Non-Affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters).

Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance.

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may use our platform for personal NAATI CCL exam preparation and practice purposes only.

You must not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates others' rights.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and access levels. Plan details and pricing are subject to change with notice.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for your selected plan.

Billing and Renewal

Subscription is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Renewal is not automatic. No refund or cancellation is possible after the subscription period.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only for duplicate charges or payment errors. See our Refund Policy for detailed information.

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by AceCCL or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceCCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Essential Purpose

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AceCCL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our platform or violation of these terms.

Our Indemnification

We will defend you against any third-party claims alleging that our platform infringes their intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Australian Commercial Arbitration Act.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access our platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Entire Agreement
