What plans do you offer and what do they include?
We offer two premium plans: Starter Plan (₹1,999 for 60 days) with 2 mock tests per language, and Pro Plan (₹2,999 for 60 days) with 5 AI powered mock tests per language. Both plans include unlimited access to all practice dialogues, vocabulary learning, progress tracking, and study resources. The Pro Plan also includes priority support.
How many practice dialogues are available?
We offer multiple practice dialogues across different categories (healthcare, education, legal, etc.) for each supported language. New dialogues are regularly added to keep content fresh and relevant.
Do plans auto-renew?
No, our plans are one-time purchases for the specified duration (60 days). You'll need to manually renew when your access expires if you want to continue using premium features.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro?
Yes, you can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time. The new plan will extend your current subscription period with the additional features.
Free Features
What's included in the free tier?
Free users get access to a limited number of practice dialogues, basic vocabulary learning, study resources, and community forum access. You can also try one free mini-mock test to experience our platform.
How long does the free mini-mock last?
The free mini-mock test is a single dialogue that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It's designed to give you a taste of the real NAATI CCL exam format.
Are there limits on free features?
Free users have access to a subset of practice dialogues and cannot take full mock tests. Vocabulary learning and progress tracking are also limited compared to premium plans.
Do I need to create an account for free features?
Yes, you need to create a free account to access any features, including the free mini-mock test. This helps us track your progress and provide a personalized experience.
Languages & Coverage
Which languages do you currently support?
We currently support Hindi (HI), Malayalam (ML), Tamil (TA), and Telugu (TE). Each language has dedicated practice dialogues, vocabulary, and mock tests tailored for NAATI CCL preparation.
Do all features work in every language?
Yes, all features including practice dialogues, vocabulary learning, mock tests, and progress tracking are available for all supported languages.
Do you plan to add more languages?
We're actively working on expanding our language offerings. New languages will be announced on our platform and social media channels.
Can I request support for a specific language?
Yes! If you need practice materials for a language we don't currently support, please email us at support@aceccl.com with your language request. We prioritize new languages based on user demand and NAATI CCL availability.
Is the content the same across all languages?
While the core scenarios are similar, each language has culturally and linguistically appropriate content, translations, and vocabulary specific to that language.
Feedback & Scoring
How does feedback work on your platform?
Our platform provides immediate feedback through transcripts and ideal translations after each practice session. For mock tests, you receive detailed scoring based on NAATI CCL criteria.
What scoring system do you use?
We use the official NAATI CCL scoring criteria: 45 points per dialogue (90 total), with a pass mark of 63 overall and at least 29 per dialogue. Our scoring system evaluates accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.

Do you provide detailed feedback on mistakes?
Yes, after each practice session, you can review your recordings alongside the ideal translations to identify areas for improvement. Mock tests provide comprehensive scoring breakdowns.
How quickly do I get my results?
Practice session feedback is immediate. Mock test results are available instantly upon completion, with detailed scoring and performance analysis.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds?
Digital access: refunds only for duplicate charges/payment errors.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our service, we only provide refunds for duplicate charges or payment processing errors. Once you've accessed premium content, refunds are not available.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Our plans are one-time purchases for a fixed duration, so there's no ongoing subscription to cancel. Your access will automatically expire at the end of your plan period.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?
We encourage you to try our free mini-mock test before purchasing to ensure our platform meets your needs. If you experience technical issues, our support team is here to help.
Can I get a refund if I fail my NAATI CCL exam?
No, we cannot provide refunds based on exam results. Our platform is designed to help you prepare, but exam success depends on many factors including your study habits and exam performance.

Can I use a phone?
Yes. Headphones recommended.
What devices and browsers are supported?
Our platform works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. We recommend using headphones for the best audio experience.
What internet speed do I need?
A stable internet connection with at least 2 Mbps download speed is recommended for smooth audio streaming and recording. Faster connections will provide better performance.
Do I need to allow microphone access?
Yes, you'll need to allow microphone access in your browser to record your practice responses. This is essential for the interactive practice experience.
Is there a mobile app available?
Currently, we offer a mobile-optimized web experience. A dedicated mobile app is in development and will be available soon.
Can I practice offline?
No, our platform requires an internet connection to access content and record your practice sessions. This ensures your progress is saved and you receive immediate feedback.
Account & Privacy
What data do you store?
We store your account information, practice progress, vocabulary learning data, and mock test results. Audio recordings are temporarily stored for immediate playback and are automatically deleted immediately after the session.
How long do you keep my data?
Account data and progress information are retained as long as your account is active. Audio recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can request account deletion at any time.
Who can access my data?
Only authorized platform administrators can access your data for technical support and platform improvement. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
How can I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion by contacting our support team. This will permanently remove all your data, including progress history and recordings.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS, and we follow best practices for data protection.

Payment Methods & Taxes
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through our secure payment processor Razorpay. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.
What currency do you use?
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). International users can pay using their local currency, which will be converted at the current exchange rate.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, GST is included in our pricing where applicable. The prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, invoices are automatically generated for all purchases and sent to your registered email address. You can also download invoices from your account dashboard.
Is my payment information secure?
