2. Eligible Refunds
Duplicate Charges
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately upon verification.
Payment Errors
If there is a technical error during payment processing that results in an incorrect charge, we will refund the difference or the entire amount as appropriate.
Unauthorized Charges

Service Unavailability

3. Non-Eligible Refunds
