Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately upon verification.

Payment Errors

If there is a technical error during payment processing that results in an incorrect charge, we will refund the difference or the entire amount as appropriate.

Unauthorized Charges

If you notice charges on your account that you did not authorize, we will investigate and refund any unauthorized transactions.

Service Unavailability

If our platform is completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your subscription period, we may offer a partial refund or service extension.

3. Non-Eligible Refunds
